How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:

Researches, documents, and implements new technologies within the organization. Installs both voice and data peripheral technologies, including but not limited to PCs, laptops, printers, mobile phones, tablets including other wireless handheld devices and telephones. Installs and maintains structured cabling plants within Data Center and MDF/IDF environments. Manages and coordinates vendors and other technology teams on small to medium scale technology projects. Aids with onsite and remote observation of technology issues to provide client issue resolution.

 

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, laptops, thin computing devices, phones, mobile phones, tablets, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform installation and deinstallation of data and telephony ports to meet business needs.
• Ensure systems meet organizational standards for performance, security, and compliance.
• Manage assigned small to medium-scale technology projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more technologies, providing guidance and advanced troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices related to assigned areas of expertise.

What We Require:

Education: Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Entry level position ne experience required

Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Valid Virginia drivers' license and dependable transportation. CompTIA A+ Additionally, the following are preferred, but not required: 
· CompTIA Network+ 
· CompTIA Security+ 
· CompTIA Project+ 
· CompTIA Server+ 
· CompTIA Cloud+ 
· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) 
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate 
· Apple Certified Support Professional

Other Minimum Qualifications: Good organizational skills, analytical, dependable, detail oriented, interpersonal skills, and understanding of the English language (both written and oral). Must have excellent problem solving skills, and be customer service oriented.
