Quality Assurance Supervisor

A growing dairy manufacturing facility focused on shelf-stable products is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead daily quality and sanitation operations. This role supports plant performance by ensuring products meet internal standards and external expectations, while fostering a strong culture of safety and accountability.
What You’ll Do:
• Supervise day-to-day quality control processes and sanitation activities
• Ensure all procedures align with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct internal reviews and follow up on any issues or non-conformities
• Support, train, and guide team members on quality and hygiene protocols
• Monitor quality-related data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with production and support teams to address product concerns
• Promote a proactive approach to food safety and compliance across the plant
• Report key updates and findings to site leadership
What You Bring:
• Educational background in a scientific or technical field related to food or manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in a production environment with a focus on quality or safety
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and work across departments
• A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to work in an active plant setting with some physical requirements
