Job Description

Salary: $57,850 - 104,575 per year Requirements:

• Possess Cisco CCNA level certification or equivalent hands-on experience with Cisco devices, Vital QIP, and Splunk.
• Familiarity with Vital QIP and DDI services.
• Experience in managing public and private DNS records.
• Proficient in DHCP management within a large enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Performance Manager, Spectrum, Splunk, and Vital QIP.
• Cisco CCNP level certification is preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in supporting large enterprise networks with a focus on Routing, Switching, DNS, and DHCP.
• Typically, a Bachelor's degree and 2 – 4 years of relevant experience are required, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of experience.

• I am responsible for overall network analysis, concentrating on performance and capacity management using Splunk dashboards and various network monitoring tools.
• I will create and engineer support for a wide range of network services and operations, including LAN and DDI.
• My support tasks may include monitoring, installation, modification, testing, and servicing of network equipment.
• I work independently to meet daily goals, significantly impacting operational results and project deliverables.
• At times, I may lead entire projects or processes within a technical area and may coach and review the work of junior technical staff.
• I develop technical solutions, requiring collaboration with internal experts and deep analysis to understand their impact on end products or solutions.
