We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are comfortable using a computer and working independently. You will be responsible for accurately entering and updating information in our systems from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or online systems

• Review data for errors or missing information

• Maintain data confidentiality and integrity

• Update records as needed and ensure information is current

• Communicate with team members via email or messaging apps

• Follow company procedures and meet daily or weekly deadlines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills (typing, email, internet browsing)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (e.g., Excel or Sheets)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable internet connection and personal computer or laptop

• No prior experience required training will be provided
