No experience? No problem. We’re hiring motivated individuals in the Henderson area to begin their CDL-A career through our structured training program. Get paid $650 per week during training, then transition into solo runs earning up to $1,400/week based on experience and performance.
Training Pay: $650/week while completing your hands-on program
Solo Pay After Training: $1,000–$1,400 per week
CPM Range (DOE): $0.43 – $0.51 cents per mile
Home Time: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour reset
Freight Type: 100% dry van freight (drop & hook + live load mix)
Equipment: Assigned late-model tractor after graduation
Bonus Pay: Earn $15 per extra stop after training phase
Valid CDL-A license (recent grads encouraged to apply)
Must be willing to run regional OTR
Must live within 200 miles of Henderson, NV 89015
