Associate Dentist | Grand Rapids, MI

4-days/wk. $150k Base. Up to $300k 1st Year Potential + $10k Sign-on/Relo Bonus!

A well-established, high-volume dental office in the Grand Rapids area is seeking a skilled Associate General Dentist to take the lead in a practice with a proven track record of success. With a senior doctor transitioning out and another only practicing part-time, this is a prime opportunity to step into a high-demand role and grow quickly.

This privately owned, doctor-led group practice serves over 40 new patients per month and collects more than $2.4 million annually. The ideal candidate is confident, experienced, and ready to take ownership in both patient care and clinical leadership.

Position Highlights:

• Earning Potential: $150,000 to $300,000+ in your first year.
• Base Salary: Guaranteed $150,000 annually.
• Production Bonus: Up to 32% of collections (lab fees included).
• Schedule: 4-day workweek with full-time stability.
• Bonuses: Up to $10,000 in sign-on, relocation, and CE support.
• Technology: CBCT, digital scanners, WaveOne endo system, and cloud-based charting.
• Leadership Track: Path to partnership through equity program in year two.
• Clinical Support: Strong hygiene program and experienced team of 12 professionals.
• Immediate Need: Due to an outgoing doctor and dual-ownership transition.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a patient-centered, fast-paced setting.
• Serve as lead doctor and mentor within a high-functioning clinical team.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental needs including restorative, surgical, and cosmetic care.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the long-term vision of the practice.
• Promote a culture of quality care, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Michigan dental license (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (AEGD or GPR considered).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in restorative dentistry and desire for long-term career growth.
